Your piece. Your ritual. But if it’s not the one — we make it right.

We accept returns within 30 days of your order’s delivery. To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Unaltered

  • Still in its original condition and packaging

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items marked final sale

  • Customized or limited-edition drops

  • Products showing signs of wear or use

How to start a return

  1. Email us at support@clawor.com with:

    • Your order number

    • The item(s) you want to return

    • A brief reason (we’re listening)

  2. We’ll respond within 48 hours with instructions.

  3. Once confirmed, ship your return to our address below:

  1. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured service — we are not responsible for lost returns.

Exchanges?

We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order instead.
